Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has expressed immense gratitude for 2024, a year that he feels changed his life. On the final day of the year, Kartik took to Instagram to pen a heartfelt note, thanking his audience for their unwavering love and support.
“Thank you to the historic 2024!! A year that changed my life. Will Always Remember You!! Gratitude. A Special Thanks to all of you for empowering me with your embracing love,” Kartik wrote, reflecting on a remarkable year.
The actor also shared posters from two of his major 2024 releases, Chandu Champion and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, showcasing his versatility in both films.
In Chandu Champion, Kartik portrayed Murlikant Petkar, a Paralympic champion, and his performance earned him widespread acclaim and multiple awards. The film, despite its box office struggles, gained attention through its OTT release and made a mark on the international stage, with Kartik even winning the prestigious IFFM award for his role.
On the other hand, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 turned out to be Kartik’s career’s biggest hit. Despite facing competition from Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again, the horror-comedy raked in over Rs 400 crores globally.
Looking ahead, Kartik has exciting projects lined up. He will headline Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, directed by Sameer Vidwans and produced by Dharma Productions. The romantic-comedy film is slated for release in 2026. Kartik recently shared a teaser for the film, which humorously features his voiceover recounting his past failed relationships. “Mummy ki khaayi hui kasam, yeh Mumma’s boy poori karke he rehta hai! Tumhara RAY aa raha hai RUMISuper excited to return to my fav genre Rom-com,” he wrote alongside the teaser.
Additionally, Kartik is working on a film with renowned director Anurag Basu.
