HT City has learned exclusively that Kartik and Karina stayed at Goa’s St. Regis hotel during the first week of January. However, sources confirm they were booked in different rooms. The hotel management declined to comment, citing privacy policies.
The speculation intensified after both Kartik and Karina posted Instagram stories featuring the same beach and towels, fueling fan theories. Kartik was reportedly following Karina on Instagram at the time but unfollowed her shortly after.
Fans quickly researched Karina’s background, suggesting she is an 18-year-old student of Lithuanian origin living in the UK, although some social media posts led to claims she might be 17. Her Instagram following surged, now reaching 28K.
Karina responded subtly to the sudden attention by temporarily updating her Instagram bio to read, “I don’t know Kartik,” which has since been removed. Kartik, meanwhile, has not commented on the matter.
