Fans of Bollywood’s most outspoken personalities have a new reason to celebrate. Actresses Kajol and Twinkle Khanna are stepping into the role of talk show hosts for their new show, Two Much, which will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video starting September 25. The show is being produced by Banijay Asia, a company known for producing popular reality shows in India.
In a newly released promo, Kajol and Twinkle promise a chat show that will be anything but boring. The teaser opens with Kajol asking if viewers are “Tired of the same old celebrity juice?” with Twinkle adding, “Bored of dull and lifeless chat shows?” They then declare that their show will be “sprinkled with awkward questions” and a “lot of freshness and energy.”
The show, which is presented by Oppo with Kohler and Kalyan Jewellers as co-presenters, promises unfiltered conversations, candid revelations, and a hefty dose of laughter with some of the biggest names in Indian cinema. While the exact guest lineup has not been revealed, the show’s creators have hinted that the list will be “star-studded” and more glamorous than a red carpet event.
The announcement of the show has already created a buzz, especially among their husbands, fellow actors Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar. Akshay shared the show’s poster on his Instagram stories, joking, “Already scared just seeing you two together on the poster, can’t imagine the chaos on the actual show!” Ajay also took to his Instagram stories, with a humorous warning to the show’s future guests: “Guests, stay strong.”
Two Much is set to release a new episode every Thursday and will reportedly have a total of eight episodes in its first season.
