The first-look motion poster for the highly awaited movie Jolly LLB 3 has been released, and it says that the teaser will be out on Tuesday, August 12. The two most famous actors in the franchise, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, face off in court in the movie.
The motion poster, which Star Studios posted on Monday afternoon, shows Akshay and Arshad, both dressed as lawyers, fighting for a seat through a door that leads to a courtroom. The image makes it quite clear what the main idea of the movie is: a funny and dramatic fight between the two lawyers to see who is the “real” Jolly.
The post had a funny legal notice on it that said, “Case number 1722 ki yachika hui manzoor!” Advocate Jolly aur Advocate Jolly hazir ho! (Petition for case number 1722 has been accepted! Advocate Jolly and Advocate Jolly, please come forth! Akshay Kumar added to the enthusiasm in the comments by saying, “Jolly from Kanpur urf asli Jolly hazir hai, my lord!” My lord, Jolly from Kanpur, also known as the real Jolly, is here.
Fans are really excited about the news and have been posting comments on social media about how much they want to witness the two comic heroes battle it out. One person remarked, “This time jolly vs. jolly ❤️ can’t wait,” and another said, “This looks really exciting; I can’t wait for the teaser tomorrow.”
Subhash Kapoor, who directed the first two movies, will also direct Jolly LLB 3. Saurabh Shukla will reprise his National Award-winning role as Justice Sunderlal Tripathi. Amrita Rao, who was in the first movie, and Huma Qureshi, who was in the second one, are also confirmed to be coming back to the series.
The first Jolly LLB movie came out in 2013 and starred Arshad Warsi as Advocate Jagdish Tyagi. It was a hit with both critics and audiences. Akshay Kumar played Advocate Jagdishwar “Jolly” Mishra in the sequel, Jolly LLB 2, which was also a big smash at the movie office. This third part is going to be the best of both worlds, with the two Jollys going head-to-head in what should be a funny and interesting court battle.
The movie Jolly LLB 3 will come out in theaters on September 19, 2025.
