The revised price is a big drop from the $59,950,000 they wanted in July. The house was first listed for an incredible $68 million in July 2024, which means the pair is now asking for a price much lower than the $60,850,000 they paid for it in May 2023.
There have been a lot of news stories regarding their relationship, and JLo filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024. People said that the pair had been living apart since May 2024, and Affleck moved his things out of the property that June. Even though they were no longer together, a source said that the two were still making choices regarding the home together.
The 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate is really fancy and has a lot of cool features, such a sports lounge, a fully-equipped gym, a boxing ring, and courts for basketball and pickleball. There is also a 12-car garage, a 5,000-square-foot guest apartment, a caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse on the site.
