On Tuesday night, Janhvi graced the iconic red carpet with the team of her upcoming film Homebound, marking a memorable milestone in her career. She captivated onlookers in a stunning custom outfit designed by Tarun Tahiliani, turning heads with her elegance and poise.
The outfit featured a long, pleated skirt paired with a delicately crafted corset made of tissue fabric, specially woven in Benaras. Styled by Rhea Kapoor, the ensemble was elevated with a unique dupatta-inspired drape that flowed gracefully from Janhvi’s sleek bun, adding drama and charm to her look.
The hand-crushed fabric technique brought texture and depth to the garment, while Tarun Tahiliani’s signature drape lent a sculptural and fluid finish. Janhvi truly embodied princess-like grace, evoking memories of her late mother, legendary actress Sridevi — a sentiment echoed by many fans online.
