Isha Koppikar Offers Prayers At Mata Vaishno Devi Temple On Ram Navami

Katra (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], April 6: Actress Isha Koppikar visited the Mata Vaishno Devi Temple to offer her prayers to Goddess Vaishno Devi on the occasion of Ram Navami. The actress, known for her role in Don, wished her fans a “Happy Navmi” and expressed her gratitude for being able to visit the temple on the final day of Navratri.

Koppikar shared, “We are very fortunate to come visit this place on the day of Navami during Navratri. The blessings from Vaishno Devi to all of you. Jai Mata.” For the holy visit, she donned a pink outfit and sunglasses, accessorized with beautiful circular earrings.

Large numbers of devotees gathered at the Mata Vaishno Devi Temple to offer prayers on Navami, the ninth day of Chaitra Navratri. The temple authorities ensured top-notch arrangements for the visitors, including the introduction of a smart locker system, which received positive feedback.

Chief Executive Officer of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Anshul Garg, informed ANI that over 50,000 devotees benefitted from langar services during the nine days of Navratri, and the cleanliness efforts were well-received. “The board always tries to provide better facilities to the devotees. This time, we started a smart locker system, and we received good feedback,” Garg said. He further added that the decorations along the pilgrimage route and the cleanliness drive were praised by visitors, contributing to a rewarding experience.

Ram Navami, celebrated across India, marks the birth of Lord Rama and is observed on the last day of Chaitra Navratri. On this auspicious day, young girls, symbolizing the nine forms of Goddess Durga, are offered gifts and prasad.
