Tensions Remain High Along LoC
This latest ceasefire violation follows similar incidents on the night of April 26-27, where Pakistani posts initiated unprovoked firing opposite Tutmari Gali and Rampur sectors. The Indian Army maintained firm control and responded with “appropriate small arms fire,” reinforcing their resolve to maintain peace while ensuring no aggressive acts go unanswered.
Tensions remain heightened along the LoC amid intensified anti-terror operations following the Phalgam terror attack on April 22 that claimed 26 lives.
