People also visited Puri Beach to mark the new year. “Extensive arrangements have been made by the police in Puri for the new year, especially at the Jagannath temple… Barricading has been done outside the temple… Our police teams are also checking different hotels,” said Odisha SP Vinit Agarwal. - Mussoorie
