Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 28: Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is set to make his directorial debut with the much-awaited ‘Krrish 4’, the next installment in India’s iconic superhero franchise.
Hrithik, who has played the titular character in all previous films, will also star in the movie while taking on the director’s role for the first time.
Rakesh Roshan’s Emotional Announcement
Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik’s father and creator of the Krrish franchise, took to social media to confirm the news, sharing a heartfelt message:
“Duggu, 25 years back, I launched you as an actor, and today, after 25 years, you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers—Aditya Chopra and myself—to take forward our most ambitious film, #Krrish4. Wish you all the success in this new avatar with good wishes and blessings!”
YRF Joins as Producer
- Yash Raj Films (YRF) has partnered with Rakesh Roshan to produce ‘Krrish 4’.
