Delhi Police arrested Maulana Asim Qasmi from Haldwani for links to Umar Nabi in the Red Fort blast case. Security tightened in Banbhoolpura. Two people are being questioned. Senior officers reached the area. The blast on November 10 killed thirteen people and injured several others.
