1) Tribute To A Reformer

2) Red Fort Case Update
A court extended NIA custody of two accused in the Red Fort blast case. Yasir Ahmed Dar will be questioned for ten more days. Dr Bilal Naseer Malla got eight days. NIA says Umar un Nabi planned the attack. Nine accused have been arrested so far. Investigation continues under supervision.
3) Al Hind Takes Flight
Al Hind Airline is set to enter Indian aviation with headquarters in Kerala. Promoted by Al Hind Group it received NOC from Civil Aviation Ministry. The airline will start domestic services with ATR aircraft. Led by T Mohammed Haris the group plans gradual international expansion and wider connectivity across India.
4) Century And A Hug
Rohit Sharma returned to the Vijay Hazare Trophy after seven years and smashed 155 for Mumbai against Sikkim in Jaipur. Over ten thousand fans watched. After the match Rohit hugged a young fan wearing a Virat Kohli jersey. His fastest List A century led Mumbai to an easy win and earned player of the match honours.
5) India Growth Outlook Strong
Indian economic growth is set to remain strong in 2026 says Standard Chartered. Monetary easing and fiscal support are expected to boost demand. Inflation may stay below four percent. GDP growth is forecast to broaden. Risks include trade tariffs and global slowdown. RBI rate cuts and liquidity steps support recovery.
