Bengaluru — The Karnataka High Court on Thursday took suo motu cognisance of the tragic stampede that occurred outside M Chinnaswamy Stadium during Royal Challengers Bangalore’s IPL victory celebrations, which claimed 11 lives and left dozens injured.
