Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 22: Actor Harshvardhan Rane is currently immersed in the shooting of his upcoming romantic drama Deewaniyat alongside actress Sonam Bajwa.
Taking to Instagram, Harshvardhan shared behind-the-scenes photos from the set, revealing that Deewaniyat is only a working title and will be renamed soon.
“Last 3 days flew by while filming extremely crucial heart-breaking scenes of #Deewaniyat (which is going to be renamed),” Harshvardhan wrote in his caption.
He also recounted a humorous incident from the set in Mumbai, where a security guard failed to recognize him due to his modest vehicle.
“Because of all his expensive fleet of fancy cars, the on-set security guards, unaware that I was inside, didn’t allow my Innova to enter the shoot compound. He said ‘parking bahar karo.’ I had to peep out and smile before he recognized me. Then for the whole day, I teased that guard!” Harshvardhan wrote, mentioning producers Anshul Mohan and Raghav Sharma, who were unaware of the moment.
A motion poster for the film was recently unveiled, featuring a hand holding a red rose. The teaser includes Sonam Bajwa’s voiceover delivering intense lines reflecting the fiery, dramatic tone of the film:

Directed by Milap Zaveri and co-written with Mushtaq Shiekh, the film promises to be an emotional rollercoaster, following the successful re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam which reignited interest in Rane’s romantic roles.
