Los Angeles (US): Actor Nick Moran, best known for his role as Scabior in the Harry Potter franchise, recently underwent a life-saving surgical procedure after a sudden health scare. The condition was described as “life-threatening” by close friend and fellow actor Terry Stone, who took to Instagram to share an emotional update.
“Nick was been rushed into hospital this week for a life saving operation which may mean he may never talk or walk again,” Stone posted initially, sparking concern among fans.
In a follow-up message, Stone offered some hope and reassurance.
“News update for you all on Nick Moran. He’s had major surgery and is recovering in the ICU. He’s giving us the thumbs up but still needs your support, prayers and love. Let’s pray he fully recovers and is back to normal soon,” he wrote.
Stone also mentioned that the two had recently recorded a podcast together and promised to keep fans informed.
“If there are any further updates on Nick, I will let you all know in the live chat this coming Sunday,” he added.
Nick Moran is now said to be recovering at home, although details about the nature of the surgery remain undisclosed at this time.
Beyond Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Moran gained fame for his performance as Eddy in Guy Ritchie’s cult classic Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. His other film credits include Another Life, The Musketeer, Nemesis, Boogie Man, and New Blood.
