‘Hacks’ Renewed For Season 5 On Max Ahead Of Season 4 Finale

Washington [US], May 28: The hit Emmy-winning comedy series ‘Hacks’ has officially been renewed for a fifth season by Max, just days ahead of its highly anticipated season four finale, according to Deadline.

Starring Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder, the show has consistently performed as one of the top five series in the US and ranked among the top 10 globally on the streaming platform. Since its debut, Hacks has earned an impressive 48 Emmy nominations, including a win for Outstanding Comedy Series in its third season.

The show’s fourth season, currently airing, has been hailed as its strongest yet, with critics and audiences praising its sharp writing and dynamic performances.

Creators Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello, and Jen Statsky will return for the upcoming season. In a statement, Universal Television President Erin Underhill expressed excitement about the renewal:
