The Great Indian Kapil Show is all set to return with its third season on Netflix, promising even more laughter, star power, and nostalgia. The new season premieres on June 21, and to kick things off, the makers have brought back two major crowd-pullers—Navjot Singh Sidhu and Salman Khan.
Salman Khan Joins as a Special Guest
Exciting behind-the-scenes photos have surfaced from the show’s sets, revealing Salman Khan as one of the high-profile guests of the season. Shared by Sidhu on his Facebook, the photos show Salman sporting his signature Being Human T-shirt and black faded jeans. The superstar is seen sharing the stage with Kapil Sharma, singing, and enjoying the antics of fellow cast members including Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Sidhu himself.

Navjot Singh Sidhu Makes a Grand Comeback
Netflix also dropped a teaser video earlier in the day to announce Navjot Singh Sidhu’s return as the show’s original judge. The clip features Archana Puran Singh nearly fainting in mock shock at the reveal. Kapil jokes that Sidhu’s presence might now dominate the conversations again, much to the audience’s amusement.
In true Sidhu style, he marked his return with one of his trademark poetic couplets:
“Guru, humne milkar yeh aashiyana sajaya hai, Guzra zamana phir se lautke aaya hai! Main yu hi nahi pohuncha hoon yahaan par dobara, Mujhe kheench kar janta ka pyaar laaya hai.”
(Translation: Guru, together we have adorned this home. A bygone era has returned once more! I haven’t reached here again just like that — It’s the love of the people that has pulled me back.)
