Ghaziabad Woman Slapped 8 Times In 40 Seconds For Feeding Stray Dogs – Watch

A man in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, attacked a woman badly in a residential apartment complex because she was feeding stray dogs. The attack was caught on camera and spread quickly. Kamal Khanna from the Brahmaputra Enclave Society hit Yashika Shukla over and over again. The victim reported that the attack happened on Friday night in an area that was supposed to be for eating.

The video shows the man furiously attacking Shukla, who is seen backing away and telling her to “Didi, record video.” He’s hitting me. “Yes, record this,” the man adds with confidence as he starts attacking. A number of people were watching, yet no one stopped the attack.

The occurrence became more relevant because it happened on the same day that the Supreme Court of India altered its stance regarding how to deal with stray dogs in the National Capital Region. The court changed its mind about a harsher rule that said only violent or rabid dogs should be held in shelters. The court said that dogs that had been spayed or neutered and vaccinated must go back to their original homes. It also requested for “dedicated feeding spaces” to be built so that people wouldn’t feed dogs on the street.

The Ghaziabad Police proceeded promptly and arrested Kamal Khanna, filing a First Information Report (FIR). An in-depth investigation is now going on into the matter.
