Mumbai, Maharashtra [India], December 12: The excitement surrounding Baaghi 4, the latest installment in the high-octane action franchise, has intensified with the addition of former Miss Universe 2021, Harnaaz Sandhu, to the star-studded cast.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by A Harsha, Baaghi 4 promises an exciting mix of intense action, gripping romance, and a compelling storyline.
Harnaaz, who made history by becoming the first Indian woman in 21 years to win the Miss Universe crown, is stepping into Bollywood with Baaghi 4. Sharing her excitement on social media, she wrote, “12th December will always have a special place in my heart. Today marks the start of a new chapter with my debut film, Baaghi 4. Exactly three years ago, I was crowned Miss Universe, and now, on this momentous day, I begin this new journey.”
She also expressed her gratitude to producer Sajid Nadiadwala, writing, “I am deeply thankful to the visionary mentor, #SajidNadiadwala Sir, for this incredible opportunity. Joining the #NGEFamily is a dream come true, and I sincerely thank @nadiadwalagrandson for believing in me and making my Bollywood dream a reality.”
In Baaghi 4, Harnaaz will star alongside action hero Tiger Shroff, known for his role in the Baaghi series, and actress Sonam Bajwa. Sanjay Dutt also plays a key role as the antagonist, with fans eagerly anticipating the intense showdown between his menacing character and Shroff’s heroic one.
Tiger Shroff welcomed Harnaaz to the team with an Instagram story, expressing his enthusiasm to work with the former Miss Universe. Dutt recently unveiled his first look as the villain, showcasing a dark and powerful character seated on a gothic throne, which has raised anticipation for his fierce role. The tagline “Every Aashiq is a Villain” hints at a chilling and formidable performance.
Since its debut in 2016, the Baaghi series has built a reputation for its thrilling action and engaging narratives. The first film was inspired by the Telugu movie Varsham and starred Shroff alongside Shraddha Kapoor. The success continued with Baaghi 2 (2018) and Baaghi 3 (2020), both of which performed well at the box office, solidifying the franchise’s popularity.
Baaghi 4, produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, is slated for a theatrical release on September 5, 2025.
