Emraan Hashmi’s ‘Ground Zero’ Song ‘So Lene De’ Depicts Silent Sacrifices Of Real Heroes

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 14: Just days after dropping the intense trailer for the upcoming film ‘Ground Zero’, the makers have now released its emotionally stirring track ‘So Lene De’.

The song captures the quiet resilience, pain, and bravery of those who dedicate their lives to serving the nation, particularly through the lens of soldiers operating in high-risk zones.

Set in early 2000s Kashmir, the film features Emraan Hashmi in the role of BSF officer Narendra Nath Dubey, who spearheaded the operation that led to the elimination of terrorist mastermind “Ghazi Baba”.

“Sometimes, truth is stranger than fiction,” Emraan said during the trailer launch event in Mumbai. “When I first met Mr. Dubey, I told him his story was more filmy than any of our films. It’s extraordinary what he and his team achieved.”

The trailer offers a gripping peek into the life of soldiers striving to bring peace and stability to a region marred by conflict, while the song deepens the emotional gravity of that mission.

Directed by Tejas Deoskar, Ground Zero is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under Excel Entertainment, and co-produced by Kassim Jagmagia, Vishal Ramchandani, Sundeep C Sidhwani, Arhan Bagati, Talisman Films, Abhishek Kumar, and Nishikant Roy.

Sai Tamhankar also stars in a pivotal role.

The film is slated to release in theatres on April 25, and promises to be a tribute to the unsung heroes who face extraordinary odds for the nation.
