The premiere of the new reality show The 50 has ignited a fresh social media war between some of India’s biggest internet personalities. Despite not being a contestant on the show, Elvish Yadav has emerged as the central figure of discussion, leading to a sharp exchange of words online.
‘The 50’ Drama: Prince Narula and Maxtern Level Allegations Against Elvish Yadav
In the latest episodes of the Jio Hotstar series, contestants Prince Narula and Maxtern (Sagar Thakur) revisited their past high-profile feuds with the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, leveling serious claims about his conduct.
Prince Narula Claims Threats and ‘Escapes’
Prince Narula opened up about his fallout with Elvish, alleging that the rivalry spilled over into real-life danger. Narula claimed that following their clash, he received threatening calls from gangsters. He further alleged that when he visited Elvish’s hometown of Gurugram to settle matters, Elvish “fled to Goa” instead of meeting him. Prince reflected on the situation by stating he has now realized the vast difference between “reel life” and “real life.”
Maxtern Discusses the “Reel Gangster” and Rs 1 Lakh Transfer
YouTuber Maxtern also shared his side of the 2024 controversy. He revealed that Rs 1 lakh was once mysteriously transferred to his account by Elvish’s side, which he later returned via UPI.
- The “Reel” Tag: Maxtern dismissed Elvish’s tough-guy persona, labeling him a “reel gangster” rather than a real one.
- Denial of Abuse: He also used the platform to deny allegations that he had abused anyone’s family members, a claim that had previously fueled their physical altercation.
Elvish Yadav’s Witty Retort
Elvish, known for his unfiltered social media presence, did not stay silent for long. Taking a dig at how much the contestants were talking about him, he posted on X:
“Mera screentime match kar pa raha hai koi The 50 me?” (Is anyone able to match my screentime in The 50?)
The post quickly went viral, with fans trending “ELVISH HYPING ITV,” arguing that the show’s ratings are being driven by his name despite him not being on the roster.
