He has also announced that his AI company, xAI, will be taking immediate legal action.
The billionaire’s public criticism began with a direct post to Apple’s App Store, where he questioned why X and his AI chatbot, Grok, are not featured in the “Must Have” section. Musk pointed out that X is the top news app globally and Grok is ranked fifth among all apps, suggesting that Apple’s exclusion of them is “playing politics.”
This dispute adds another layer to the ongoing tensions between major tech companies over the future of AI.
