EAM Jaishankar Meets Dutch FM Caspar Veldkamp, Strengthens India-Netherlands Ties

External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar met with Netherlands Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp in New Delhi on Monday, focusing on expanding bilateral cooperation in trade, investments, innovation, water management, and semiconductors.

Jaishankar expressed his delight on X, writing:
“Discussed our growing bilateral cooperation, including in trade, investments, innovation, water, agriculture, health, security, and people-to-people ties. Explored new possibilities in semiconductors, green hydrogen, education, and talent flows.”

🛬 Dutch FM’s Visit to India
🔹 Caspar Veldkamp is on a two-day official visit
🔹 He will meet NSA Ajit Doval and other top Indian officials
🔹 Stressed the importance of strengthening Indo-Dutch relations amid current global geopolitics

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) welcomed Veldkamp, stating that the visit will enhance the multifaceted relationship between India and the Netherlands.
