Grammy-winning singer Dua Lipa has arrived in Mumbai ahead of her much-anticipated performance at the Zomato Feeding India Concert on November 30.
On Thursday evening, Dua was seen enjoying a dinner date with her boyfriend, actor Callum Turner, at Veronica’s, a popular restaurant in Bandra. The couple was spotted leaving the venue, with Dua dressed in an elegant all-black outfit. In videos shared by paparazzi, the two can be seen holding hands as they made their way to the car, smiling and interacting with fans. The footage quickly went viral.
Earlier in August, Dua announced her return to India with an Instagram post, expressing her excitement about performing again in the country. “India, I’m coming back!! My trip at the start of this year was a beautiful reminder of how much I love this place. The warmth and energy I felt from everyone I met there was amazing, and I can’t wait to see you again to perform in November!!!!” she wrote.
Speaking to Variety, Dua shared her enthusiasm about touring, especially in Asia and India. “One of the best parts about touring the world is getting to be a tourist in so many new places, and I always find the best things to do when I’m in Asia and definitely in India. Last time I visited, I met so many warm and kind people,” she said.
This marks Dua Lipa’s second visit to India, following her 2019 performance and a recent vacation in Rajasthan earlier this year.
The Zomato Feeding India Concert, set for November 30, will also feature performances by Indian artists including Jonita Gandhi and Talwiinder, among others.
