Mumbai, India: Dhanashree Verma, a social media influencer and choreographer, has posted a bunch of pictures from her recent vacation to Dubai. This is her first public post since her ex-husband, crick, platters tear accompanying the divorce on a podcast.
Dhanashree posted a “peaceful photo dump” on Instagram that showed her eating street cuisine, walking during the golden hour, and going to a Hindu temple. She wrote in the caption, “Growing up here gave me so many core memories, and seeing how much the city has changed was both surreal and heartwarming…” Thankful for the growth, the roots, and the chance to reconnect.
A lot of people think that the post is a polite and subtle response to what Chahal said in public recently. Chahal talked about his divorce for the first time on a podcast with Raj Shamani. He said that he had been “faking” his relationship on social media for a long time and that the divorce had a major effect on his mental health. He also talked about the “Be Your Own Sugar Daddy” T-shirt he wore to their last divorce court. He said, “Something happened from the other side, and I thought, ‘Enough is enough, now I don’t care about anyone.'”
Dhanashree and Yuzvendra Chahal got married in December 2020 and got a divorce by mutual consent in March of this year. The media paid a lot of attention to their breakup, including false claims about a huge alimony payment, which Dhanashree’s family had already publicly denied.
Dhanashree hasn’t explicitly responded to Chahal’s comments, but her calm and thoughtful tweet from Dubai seems to show that she wants to heal and go on with her life instead of getting into a public argument.
