Delhi Gears Up To Implement Ayushman Bharat Yojana; Health Coverage Of ₹10 Lakh For 6.54 Lakh Families

New Delhi: Delhi is set to roll out the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), offering health coverage of up to ₹10 lakh to 6.54 lakh families. The scheme aims to provide financial protection for medical expenses to millions of Delhi residents, including the elderly, Anganwadi workers, and ASHA workers.

Under the joint contribution model, ₹5 lakh will be provided by the Central Government and ₹5 lakh by the Delhi Government led by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.
