Washington [US], December 17: After a rocky period in their relationship, Cardi B has opened up about the current state of her dynamic with estranged husband Offset. Amid their ongoing divorce, the Grammy-winning artist shared that the couple is enjoying a peaceful phase in their co-parenting journey.
In a recent interview, Cardi revealed that they’ve been free of drama for over a week. “We’ve been peaceful for over a week, so we like the energy,” she said. “We ain’t beefin’. We ain’t really speaking. So I think we’re getting to a point that is, we’re really healthy co-parenting,” she added, according to E! News.
Despite the tumultuous months leading up to this moment, Cardi expressed that she’s feeling “really happy” these days. Reflecting on their struggles, she admitted, “For the past three months, it’s been drama, it’s been arguing, it’s been craziness. But this week, it’s been, like, eight days that it’s been no drama, it’s no bulls**t, it’s getting to a point where everybody’s moving on healthy.”
This positive shift in their relationship was further evidenced by Cardi’s recent appearance at Offset’s birthday party in Miami on December 14, a sign of the couple’s changing dynamics.
Cardi and Offset, who share three children—Kulture (6), Wave (3), and a 3-month-old baby girl—have had their fair share of ups and downs. Their relationship has seen multiple breakups and reconciliations, including a divorce filing in 2020, which was later followed by their reunion. However, it seems that the couple is now finding a new balance as they focus on co-parenting and moving forward healthily.
