Candace Owens Vows To Defy Gag Order In Charlie Kirk Murder Case, Fuels Conspiracy Theories

Candace Owens, a conservative activist and well-known conspiracy theorist, has made even more claims about the death of Charlie Kirk, another conservative who was killed in Utah. Owens has now openly said that she plans to break the gag order that was put in place during the court proceedings against Tyler Robinson, the defendant who has confessed to the murder.

Owens wrote on X (previously Twitter) on October 19: “Don’t worry about the gag order in the Charlie Kirk case. I plan to break it for the sake of the world. She then made a dramatic allegation that the things she has learned concerning Kirk’s death might “burn the house down.” She also said, “Yes, Charlie was betrayed.” By everyone.

The details of the gag order
Utah Judge Tony Graf gave the gag order in the State v. Tyler Robinson case. The document does say, though, that the injunction only applies to anyone who are directly involved in the case, like lawyers, witnesses, and court staff. The gag order doesn’t legally apply to Candace Owens because she is an outside pundit.

Owens hasn’t said anything else about Charlie Kirk’s death since her tweet on October 19, even though she made a big assertion.

Owens’ Controversial Ideas About Kirk’s Death
Since Kirk’s death, Owens, who used to work for Kirk’s group, Turning Point USA (TPUSA), has caused a lot of trouble with a number of baseless theories:

Alleged Donor Involvement: Owens originally made the news when she said that Israeli donors were engaged in the deadly shooting. She said that Kirk was under a lot of pressure during a meeting with these benefactors, which she said actor Bill Ackman was also at.

Federal Cover-Up: She has also claimed that there is a federal cover-up in the case, suggesting that both the FBI and local police are purposefully hiding facts concerning Kirk’s death.

Owens said that everyone who worked on the Tyler Robinson case, including the judges and prosecutors, were “all new.”

Private exchanges: She shared screenshots of text exchanges from Charlie Kirk in which he allegedly said he was under pressure from Jewish benefactors. A current TPUSA employee is said to have confirmed that this screenshot is real, but Owens has not provided any further proof to back up her claims of betrayal or plot.
