Boyce, who also starred in Grown Ups, Jessie, and Mrs. Fletcher, passed away in his sleep due to a seizure caused by epilepsy, a condition he was being treated for. At the time, his family released a statement expressing their profound grief:
“The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him.”
In his honor, the Boyce family founded the Cameron Boyce Foundation, dedicated to curing epilepsy by funding research, education, and awareness initiatives.
Cameron Boyce’s legacy continues to inspire fans and friends alike through his work, his kindness, and the foundation’s mission to bring hope to those affected by epilepsy.
