Brad Pitt’s ‘F1’ Set For June 2025 Release, New Trailer Unveiled During Super Bowl

Washington [US]: The highly anticipated Formula One-inspired action drama starring Brad Pitt, titled ‘F1’, is set to hit theaters on June 27, 2025, under Warner Bros. Pictures.

The makers released a new trailer for the film during Super Bowl Sunday, showcasing Pitt behind the wheel, reported People.

About ‘F1’ – A High-Octane Racing Drama

Directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick) and written by Ehren Kruger, ‘F1’ is a sports action drama created in collaboration with the FIA, the governing body of Formula One.

The star-studded cast includes:
🔹 Brad Pitt as former F1 driver Sonny Hayes, who comes out of retirement.
🔹 Damson Idris (Snowfall) as race car driver Joshua Pearce, mentored by Pitt’s character.
🔹 Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo in key roles.
🔹 Seven-time F1 champion Lewis Hamilton is also producing the film under his Dawn Apollo Films banner.

Filming Amid Real Grand Prix Events

The movie was filmed during actual Grand Prix weekends, integrating real F1 action into its thrilling racing sequences. Pitt and Idris’s characters compete against real-life Formula One legends as part of the fictional APXGP team.
