Following the death of veteran actor Dharmendra at the age of 89, several prominent Bollywood celebrities visited the late actor’s residence in Mumbai on Tuesday to offer their condolences and support to the grieving Deol family.
The visits spanned throughout the day, showcasing the immense respect and love the Hindi film industry held for the legendary “He-Man.”
Morning and Afternoon Visitors
Earlier in the day, members of the extended film fraternity and family arrived:
- Karisma Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were seen arriving together to pay their respects to the Deol family.
- Dharmendra’s nephew, actor Abhay Deol, also visited the family early on.
Evening Condolence Visits
Later in the day, a wave of other major celebrities arrived at the residence:
- Star couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt visited together to offer their condolences. Alia, who recently worked with Dharmendra in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, had earlier posted an emotional tribute to him on her social media, calling him “A legend who lit up every frame… and every heart.”
- Actor Ajay Devgn was also spotted arriving to be with the family during the difficult time.
- The Panday family visited, with Ananya Panday accompanied by her parents, Chunky and Bhavana Panday.
- Filmmaker Farah Khan, along with members of the Kapoor family including Maheep Kapoor and Shanaya Kapoor, also arrived.
These visits followed a procession of stars who attended the funeral the previous day, including Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan, highlighting the industry-wide grief over the loss of the beloved star.
