Atul Kulkarni Encourages People To Visit Kashmir After Terror Attack In Pahalgam

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India] : Actor Atul Kulkarni visited Kashmir following the devastating terror attack in Pahalgam, expressing solidarity with the region and urging people to support Kashmir by visiting and experiencing its beauty.

The ‘Bandish Bandits’ actor took to Instagram on Sunday to share a series of photos documenting his journey from Mumbai to Srinagar. He posted pictures of his empty flight seats and boarding pass, accompanied by a note from the flight crew. Atul captioned the images, “Mumbai to Srinagar. The crew says they were running full. We need to fill them up again. Chaliye ji, Kashmir chalein.”

Upon his arrival in Pahalgam, a popular tourist destination, Atul shared a striking image of the usually bustling location now eerily quiet due to the recent terror attack. He also posted scenic pictures of Kashmir’s serene landscapes — clear skies, flowing streams, and peaceful surroundings.

In a display of unity and resilience, Atul captured photos of local Kashmiris holding placards that read, “We condemn this attack,” alongside images of people proudly waving the Indian flag.

The actor concluded his posts with a Hindi poem and hashtags such as #ChaloKashmir, #Feet_in_Kashmir, #Kashmiriyat, #Love_Compassion, and #DefeatTerror, encouraging people to visit the region and show their support in the face of adversity.

On April 22, terrorists attacked tourists at the Baisaran meadow in Pahalgam, killing 25 Indian nationals and one Nepali citizen while leaving several others injured. The attack has been one of the deadliest in the Valley since the 2019 Pulwama strike, which claimed the lives of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel.

Atul Kulkarni’s visit and his call to action come as a powerful reminder of the region’s beauty, resilience, and the importance of supporting Kashmir during difficult times.
