Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 13: KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty, who are expecting their first child, have left fans swooning as they shared unseen pictures from their recent trip to Australia.
On Monday, KL took to Instagram to post a photo dump from his tour, which coincided with the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The first photo features KL enjoying a coffee at a street-side café, followed by an image of two coffee cups and a brownie, hinting at a cozy date with Athiya. Other snapshots include casual glimpses of Rahul, such as him standing in front of a house, getting into a car, and sitting on a bench, along with a serene beach view.
However, it was the last image that truly stole the spotlight. In the photo, KL Rahul and Athiya are seen sitting outside a café, with Athiya in a sweater and oversized gray pants, sipping a drink. Rahul is lovingly gazing at her baby bump, capturing a tender moment between the couple.
KL and Athiya announced their pregnancy in November 2024 with an adorable post, which read, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon. 2025” along with baby feet emojis and an evil eye graphic.
The couple tied the knot on January 23, 2023, in an intimate ceremony at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala. Rahul recently celebrated 10 years in international cricket, while Athiya, who made her acting debut with Hero in 2015, has also appeared in films such as Mubarakan and Motichoor Chaknachoor.
