People who like cricket all around the continent will have to change their plans. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has confirmed that the start time for the Asia Cup 2025 matches has been moved to 8 PM IST (6:30 PM local time). This is different from the original schedule, which said that the games would start at 7:30 PM IST.
The tournament will be played in the T20 format from September 9 to 28 at two locations: the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi and the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.
The long-awaited battle between India and Pakistan, two of the biggest rivals in the world, will happen in Dubai on September 14. India’s first game will be against the United Arab Emirates on September 10 in Dubai. Their last group stage game will be against Oman on September 19 in Abu Dhabi.

The Super Fours will have the top two teams from each group. The final will be on September 28 in Dubai. The match between the UAE and Oman on September 15 is a significant exception to the revised start time. It will start at 5:30 PM IST instead of the usual hour.
