These actions come just days after the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, where 26 people, including one Nepali citizen, were killed in a brazen assault by terrorists reportedly disguised in military uniforms. The incident has led to an all-out security crackdown across sensitive areas in the Union Territory.
In response, the Indian Army and security forces have launched multiple search and cordon operations aimed at locating and neutralizing the perpetrators and their networks.
