Design, screen, and processor
The Apple Watch Series 11: You may have it in 42mm or 46mm sizes and choose between an aluminum or polished titanium case. The display is an OLED LTPO3 Always-On Retina display with a wide angle and a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits. The new S10 chip gives it power.
Apple Watch Ultra 3 comes in a single 49mm titanium case with a Natural or Black finish. It has the same S10 chip and display technology as the other versions, but its peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits makes it great for outdoor use.

Features for Health and Wellness
The new watches have health features that are organized into levels, with the premium versions having the most complete set.
Apple Watch Series 11 has an ECG app to check your heart health, a Blood Oxygen app, and the new Vitals app, which shows important health information. It can be submerged in water up to 50 meters, making it good for swimming and snorkeling. It also has safety features including Crash Detection, Fall Detection, and Emergency SOS.
The Apple Watch Ultra 3 has all the health and wellness features of the Series 11, plus some big new ones for people who like to explore. It has a Siren that can be heard from up to 180 meters away and is water-resistant up to 100 meters. This makes it good for high-speed water activities and fun scuba diving up to 40 meters. It also lets you talk to satellites in both directions in case of an emergency when you’re not connected to the grid.
Apple Watch SE 3 keeps a lot of its main functions, like heart rate notifications, cycle tracking, and temperature sensors. It is missing the ECG app and the Blood Oxygen app, which is a big deal. It can handle water up to 50 meters deep, however it doesn’t have the Ultra 3’s loud Siren.
