Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: Actor-director Anupam Kher has unveiled the first look of Arvind Swami as Major Srinivasan from his upcoming directorial venture, “Tanvi The Great“.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Kher shared a poster featuring Arvind Swami in a powerful and composed pose, clad in a traditional military-inspired outfit. The actor’s dignified stance and calm expression reflect the strength and valor associated with his character.

The first time I saw Arvind Swami in Roja, I was blown away by the young and dynamic actor’s performance. Later, in Bombay, he reaffirmed his place as a unique presence in Indian cinema.
We worked together on Saath Rang Ke Sapne, and that’s when I found not just a brilliant actor, but a dependable friend for life,” Kher wrote in the heartfelt caption.
He added,
“So, there was nobody else who came to my mind when I wanted to cast an actor for the role of Major Srinivasan in Tanvi The Great. Arvind’s portrayal is a tribute to the bravery, strength, and dignity of the Indian Army. His performance made me feel proud—just like our soldiers do. Jai Hind!”

Tanvi The Great marks Anupam Kher’s return to direction after over two decades, following his 2002 debut film Om Jai Jagdish. The film boasts an impressive cast and crew, including:
