Actress Ankita Lokhande, who rose to fame with Pavitra Rishta alongside the late Sushant Singh Rajput, shared a warm birthday message for his sister, Shweta Singh Kirti. Ankita and Sushant, who met on the sets of the Ekta Kapoor–produced soap opera, dated from 2010 to 2016.
On Instagram Stories, Ankita posted a picture of Shweta and called her the “most beautiful woman” and “an amazing soul.” She wrote, “Happy birthday to (the) most beautiful woman and an amazing soul. Love u Shweta di @shwetasinghkirti,” accompanied by red-heart emojis.
Shweta Singh Kirti, known to be a spiritual mentor, author, and fashion designer, also received wishes from fans and well-wishers across social media.
Ankita and Sushant’s Relationship
Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput became household names after starring together in Pavitra Rishta. Their on-screen chemistry soon turned into a real-life relationship in 2010. After six years together, the couple parted ways in 2016.
Ankita’s Marriage to Vicky Jain
Ankita later married businessman Vicky Jain on December 14, 2021, a year after Sushant’s death. Jain recently stepped into film production with Haq, starring Yami Gautam and Emraan Hashmi.
