Cannes [France]: Hollywood superstar Angelina Jolie made a glamorous return to the Cannes Film Festival 2025, turning heads on the red carpet at the premiere of Eddington.
The 49-year-old actress, known for her timeless beauty and humanitarian work, wore a custom-made strapless gown by Brunello Cucinelli, crafted from cashmere and silk and entirely embellished with sequins, according to Page Six.

Her stunning ensemble was completed with Chopard jewellery, including a dazzling diamond necklace with a pear-shaped centrepiece and matching earrings. Jolie posed confidently on the red carpet, holding hands with co-stars Marie Colomb, Finn Bennett, and Chopard co-president Caroline Scheufele.
This year, Jolie holds the prestigious title of godmother of the Trophee Chopard Award, a role that includes mentoring emerging acting talents throughout the year. She joins the ranks of former mentors like Demi Moore, Robert De Niro, and Julianne Moore.
“It’s an honour to return to Cannes and support new artists on their journey. This festival has always been about discovery, passion, and storytelling,” Jolie said in a statement shared by festival organizers.
The Eternals star’s presence at Cannes marks her first appearance at the festival in 14 years, adding to the significance of the night.
While Jolie has recently launched her own fashion label, Atelier Jolie, in 2023 and often wears her own designs, she chose to spotlight Brunello Cucinelli for this event—demonstrating her wide influence in both cinema and couture.
