Athens [Greece]: Filmmaker Anees Bazmee has officially begun pre-production for the much-anticipated sequel to the 2005 blockbuster comedy No Entry.
On Sunday, Bazmee shared a series of photos from his recce session in Greece, where he was joined by producer Boney Kapoor and Director of Photography (DOP) Manu Anand. Taking to Instagram, Bazmee posted a picture of the trio at the stunning location, captioning it, “Plotting new adventures in Greece with the producer Boney Kapoor ji and DOP Manu Anand ji! Prepping for the madness that’s #NoEntry2.”
While details regarding the plot and cast remain under wraps, rumors suggest that No Entry 2 will feature Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh in key roles.
The 2005 hit No Entry, also directed by Bazmee, was a massive success, starring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, and an ensemble cast that included Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, and Esha Deol. The film centered on three married men trying to hide their extramarital affairs from their wives.
Bazmee, whose recent film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 became a major hit, recently celebrated his 45-year journey in Indian cinema. The celebration, held in December 2024, saw a star-studded turnout, with Bollywood icons such as Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Kartik Aaryan, and Jackie Shroff in attendance.
