Air India Flight Safety Auditor Found Dead In Gurugram PG Accommodation

Gurugram: Prafull Sawant, an Air India flight safety auditor who lived in Mumbai, was discovered dead On Tuesday, in his room at a PG lodging in Gurugram. Sawant has been living at the Gaurav PG in Sector 30 for a few days.

Police say that the PG staff called the police after Sawant didn’t answer calls about his lunch. The caretaker said that Sawant went back to his room after breakfast on Monday morning and wired money for lunch through UPI. The caretaker sought to check on him after several calls went unanswered, but the room was locked from the inside and his phone kept ringing.

When the police got the call, they went to the scene and were able to open the room. Sawant was found dead on the bed.

The PG staff said that Sawant’s daily routine had been usual and that he hadn’t displayed any signs of anxiety or issues earlier that day.

A high-ranking police official remarked, “There was no suicide note found in the room.” We have begun looking at CCTV footage from the area around the PG to get further information, and we have talked to other personnel and occupants of the PG.

After the autopsy, Sawant’s family got the body back. The inquiry is still going on to find out what caused his death.
