SHARJAH, UAE — Air Arabia, the best low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, has announced that it would add a third daily trip to Bangkok, Thailand. This fresh route between Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) and Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) will begin on October 26, 2025.
This third daily flight shows that Air Arabia is still dedicated to satisfying the needs of its growing customer base and improving air travel between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Thailand. It wants to make travel easier for passengers and provide them more options.
Adel Al Ali, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, said he was pleased with the growth. “We are happy to add Bangkok to our list of services. This shows that we are still committed to meeting customer needs and making it easier for people to connect to important global markets,” he said. Al Ali went on to say that the airline was committed to making travel better for its customers while also helping to strengthen commerce and tourist links between the UAE and Thailand.
The new daily schedule will now feature three direct flights in each direction, with different timings for each flight to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. Air Arabia will use its current fleet of Airbus A321neo-LR aircraft, which are noted for being comfortable on board and requiring less fuel, to run the new services.

Every day, flight G9 816 leaves Sharjah at 07:40 and arrives in Bangkok at 16:55.
Every day, Flight G9 817 leaves Bangkok at 17:55 and arrives in Sharjah at 21:55.
Every day, Flight G9 821 leaves Sharjah at 21:55 and arrives in Bangkok at 07:10 the next day.
Every day, Flight G9 822 leaves Bangkok at 8:00 and arrives in Sharjah at 12:00.
Every day, Flight G9 823 leaves Sharjah at 01:15 and arrives in Bangkok at 10:30.
Every day, Flight G9 824 leaves Bangkok at 11:30 and arrives in Sharjah at 15:30.
