Jeddah [Saudi Arabia], December 7 : Aamir Khan, who was recently honored at the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, shared an exciting update about the possibility of collaborating with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan on screen. The actor confirmed that the three Khans had discussed the idea of working together on a film.
In an interview at the festival, Aamir revealed that around six months ago, he spoke with Shah Rukh and Salman about the idea of the three of them starring in a movie together. “I brought it up and said to Shah Rukh and Salman that it would be a shame if the three of us never did a film together. Both of them agreed and said, ‘Yes, we must do a film together.’ Hopefully, it will happen soon. We just need the right kind of story, and we’re all looking forward to it,” Aamir shared.
On the work front, Aamir Khan’s last film was the remake of Forrest Gump, titled Laal Singh Chaddha, which did not resonate with audiences. He is currently working on Sitaare Zameen Par, where Genelia D’Souza is reportedly playing a significant role.
The ongoing Red Sea Film Festival, taking place from December 5 to 14, is celebrating global cinema and has attracted filmmakers and actors from around the world. Alongside Aamir Khan, Bollywood’s Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hollywood stars like Will Smith, Vin Diesel, and Spike Lee also attended the event.
