“A Dream Fulfilled on Ram Navami”: Anant Ambani Concludes Padyatra from Jamnagar to Dwarkadhish Temple

On his 30th birthday and the occasion of Ram Navami, Anant Ambani completes a 10-day spiritual journey to the revered Dwarkadhish Temple, joined by hundreds of devotees and well-wishers.

Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat | April 6, 2025: In a heartfelt spiritual culmination, Anant Ambani, Director of Reliance Industries Limited, completed his 10-day ‘Padyatra’ from Jamnagar to the holy Dwarkadhish Temple in Devbhumi Dwarka on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami 2025. The yatra, which spanned over 170 km, was undertaken as an act of devotion and culminated today with Anant offering prayers at the temple of Lord Krishna.

The conclusion of the pilgrimage was marked by emotional scenes and spiritual fervour, as Anant Ambani arrived at the temple amidst chants of “Jai Dwarkadhish” and enthusiastic participation from followers who had joined him along the way.

Nita Ambani, Founder-Chairperson of Reliance Foundation and Anant’s mother, shared a heartfelt message on the occasion:

“As a mother, it’s a very proud feeling to see my youngest son Anant complete this padyatra to this divine place of Dwarkadhish. For the last 10 days, all the youngsters who have joined Anant’s padyatra have been spreading our culture. I only pray to Dwarkadhish to give strength to Anant.”

Anant’s wife, Radhika Merchant, who recently tied the knot with him, highlighted the personal significance of the journey:

“Today, it’s Anant’s 30th birthday. It was his wish that he would do this padyatra after our wedding. We feel proud that we are celebrating his birthday here today. I thank all those who blessed him for his padyatra to be successful.”

Speaking at the temple after completing the yatra, Anant Ambani expressed gratitude and spiritual fulfillment:

“I extend my best wishes to all on the occasion of Ram Navami. I did the darshan of the Dwarkadhish, and with this, my padyatra has completed.”

Anant’s journey, steeped in traditional Hindu values and cultural pride, also saw participation from youth and members of the local communities. Many joined the walk, spreading messages of spiritual devotion, cultural heritage, and communal harmony.

As the sun rose over Dwarka this Ram Navami morning, the city witnessed not just the celebration of Lord Ram’s birth, but also the completion of a deeply personal and symbolic spiritual vow—a padyatra that united people in faith, emotion, and purpose.

With blessings from Dwarkadhish and the love of his family and devotees, Anant Ambani’s 30th birthday will be remembered not for lavish celebrations, but for a humble walk of faith, completed in the sacred land of Krishna.
