Netflix to Release ‘Yo Yo Honey Singh: Famous’ Documentary on December 20
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], December 6: Netflix has announced the release of Yo Yo Honey Singh: Famous, a docu-film exploring the life of Indian hip-hop sensation and music artist Honey Singh. Directed by Mozez Singh and produced by Sikhya Entertainment, the documentary will premiere on December 20.

The film offers an intimate look into the life of Honey Singh, born Hirdesh Singh, tracing his journey from a meteoric rise in the music industry to the personal and professional challenges he faced, including his hiatus due to mental health struggles.
Produced by Sikhya Entertainment, known for its Oscar-winning projects, the documentary is spearheaded by producers Guneet Monga Kapoor and Achin Jain, with editing by Deepa Bhatia and Raunaq Bajaj as associate producer.
Honey Singh became a household name with hits like “Brown Rang,” “Angrezi Beat,” and “Dope Shope.” His unexpected disappearance from the public eye in recent years, coupled with his candid revelations about mental health, adds depth to the documentary’s exploration of his life and career.
