Iran Warns Gulf Nations Amid Escalating War: ‘Don’t Let Enemies Use Your Land’

Amid the ongoing conflict in West Asia, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has issued a strong message to neighboring Gulf countries, urging them not to allow the United States and Israel to use their territories for military operations against Iran.

In a statement, Pezeshkian emphasized that regional nations must choose a path of “development and security” by preventing foreign powers from launching attacks from their soil. His warning comes as the war enters its second month, with several Gulf countries increasingly drawn into the conflict.

Nations such as Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar have reportedly been impacted, as US forces operate from bases in the region while Iran responds with retaliatory strikes.

“Iran does not initiate preemptive attacks, but we will respond strongly if our infrastructure or economic centers are targeted,” Pezeshkian stated, reiterating Tehran’s stance on retaliation.

Pakistan Steps In as Mediator

Meanwhile, Shehbaz Sharif has emerged as a key mediator, engaging in diplomatic efforts to de-escalate tensions. According to reports, Pezeshkian told Sharif that building trust is essential for meaningful negotiations between Iran and the United States.

Pakistan is set to host a high-level meeting involving foreign ministers from regional powers, including Egypt and Turkey, to discuss ways to ease the crisis. The talks are expected to focus on reducing hostilities and finding a diplomatic path forward.

With the conflict intensifying and more countries getting involved, concerns are growing over a wider regional escalation and its impact on global stability.
