The United States–Israel military campaign against Iran entered its fourth day with sustained airstrikes and retaliatory exchanges, raising fears of wider regional escalation. The operations, reportedly codenamed “Epic Fury” and “Roaring Lion,” have intensified tensions across West Asia.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the conflict would not turn into an “endless war,” seeking to reassure citizens even as the region remains on edge. US Vice President JD Vance also signalled that Washington’s objective is limited and focused on security threats.

According to Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee, the Israel Defense Forces carried out fresh strikes on Iran’s air defence network and missile infrastructure. Radar systems, missile launchers and personnel operating the units were reportedly targeted, along with sites linked to ballistic missile platforms.

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) stated that American forces destroyed facilities associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including command centres, air defence systems, missile and drone launch sites, and airfields. The US said it would continue “decisive action” against perceived threats.


11:47 AM IST — Rescue Flights From UAE

Amid mounting disruptions, Indian travel firm EaseMyTrip and airline SpiceJet announced special rescue flights from Fujairah in the UAE to Delhi and Mumbai. The charter services are scheduled to depart between 7 PM and 9 PM on March 3, with limited seats available on a first-come basis.

Meanwhile, Mumbai airport witnessed the arrival of the first Emirates flights since airspace disruptions began, offering relief to stranded passengers.
