Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], December 1: Actor Varun Dhawan has treated his fans to a fun-filled dance video set to the popular track ‘Nain Matakka’ from his upcoming movie Baby John. On Saturday, the actor shared the lively clip on Instagram, showcasing his high-energy dance moves against a picturesque backdrop.
In the video, Varun performs the song’s signature hook steps while standing on a boat, with the serene sea, the iconic Taj Hotel in Mumbai, and the night sky providing a stunning visual setting. Alongside the post, Varun wrote, “Kya app ne kabhi iconic jagah pe dance kiya hain [Have you ever danced at an iconic location?] #nainmattaka. Outside the Taj Mumbai. Good vibez only. #babyjohn ki Christmas.”
The track, featuring sizzling chemistry between Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh, is a vibrant dance number, enhanced by the magnetic voices of Diljit and Dheekshitha Venkadeshan (Dhee).
The teaser for Baby John was recently released, offering a glimpse into the film’s action-packed and emotionally charged narrative. Varun plays a tough police officer and single father, fearlessly confronting his enemies. In one powerful moment, his character declares, “Mere jaise bohat aaye hoge, main pehali baar aaya hu” (“Many like me might have come before, but I have come here for the first time”), setting the stage for his heroic journey.
The teaser also introduces Keerthy Suresh as the female lead and features Jackie Shroff in a brief but impactful role as the antagonist. The film also stars Wamiqa Gabbi and Rajpal Yadav, completing a dynamic ensemble cast.
