The Family Man Season 3 Trailer Out: Manoj Bajpayee Returns With Thrill

Mumbai: The wait is finally over! The trailer for The Family Man Season 3 has dropped, bringing back everyone’s favourite intelligence officer, Srikant Tiwari, played by Manoj Bajpayee. Packed with high-octane action, sharp humour, and emotional depth, the new season promises to raise the stakes for the much-loved espionage thriller created by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK.

At the trailer launch event in Mumbai on Friday, Raj & DK faced the most anticipated question of the day — will there be another crossover? After the surprise connection between The Family Man and Farzi through Chellam Sir and Vijay Sethupathi’s Michael, fans have been speculating about what’s next in the expanding Raj & DK spy-verse.

Raj’s playful response only added fuel to the fire.

“The problem is DK is blushing too much and it’s giving away,” Raj quipped with a grin, while DK laughed nervously.

The Amazon Prime Video team, present at the event, reportedly signalled the creators not to reveal too much. Though Raj & DK didn’t confirm anything outright, their reactions were enough to send fan theories into overdrive — a crossover is almost certainly happening.

India’s Growing Spy-Verse Trend

Crossovers are becoming the next big thing in Indian entertainment. From the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe to Raj & DK’s own interconnected spy world (The Family Man, Farzi, and the upcoming Citadel: Honey Bunny), fans are loving these layered storylines and interconnected characters.

If Season 3 indeed introduces another crossover, it could cement The Family Man as India’s most ambitious OTT universe yet — blending action, emotion, and humour with shared cinematic storytelling.

Manoj Bajpayee’s Heartwarming Anecdote

At the event, Manoj Bajpayee brought his signature wit and warmth. When asked about his daughter’s reaction to the show, the actor shared a delightful story.

“She’s proud of my work,” Bajpayee said with a smile, “but she’s actually a much bigger fan of Sharib Hashmi, who plays JK.”

He recalled, laughing, “One day, my daughter saw Sharib outside our house and screamed, ‘Papa, JK is here! JK is here!’” The anecdote left the audience, including co-star Jaideep Ahlawat, in splits.

Season 3 also stars Nimrat Kaur in a pivotal negative role, adding more intrigue to the story.

A Bigger, Bolder Season Ahead

With new characters, higher stakes, and a possible crossover twist, The Family Man 3 is shaping up to be the most exciting chapter in the Raj & DK universe yet.

As fans eagerly await its release on Amazon Prime Video, one thing is certain — Srikant Tiwari is back, funnier and fiercer than ever.
