The Dubai Police are on high alert and have put in place a lot of security measures ahead of the highly anticipated Asia Cup final between India and Pakistan at the International Stadium on Sunday, September 28. This match is a historic event because it is the first time in the tournament’s 41-year history that the two countries will meet in the final.
The Dubai International Stadium, which holds 25,000 people, is sold out. Because of this, officials have put strict rules in place for supporters and will punish anyone who breaks them severely.

The Dubai Police have told everyone who has a ticket to get to the stadium at least three hours before the 8 PM IST start time to make it easier for security inspections. People who break the law will have to pay a lot of money and go to jail. Violators of the UAE’s Federal Law on the Security of Sports Facilities and Events could face serious legal consequences, such as large fines and even jail time.
